Children's art education as an important part of China's art education,has played an important role in the development of education in our country,this paper discusses the influence and effect on people's physical and mental development of children's art,emphasizing the importance of children's art education in the education system is not only so,through the sampling survey the analysis of current situation of Shandong Province,to the children's art education,and combined with the relevant theories of education,education policy documents,some problems on the current school children's art education in Shandong province were analyzed,and provide the appropriate solution,so as to better promote the healthy development of children's art education in Shandong Province,also provide useful inspiration for the research and practice of the National Children's art education.This paper first explains the influence of physical and mental development of children's art education of the people and the role of the main argument of the seven functions and the role of physical and mental development of children's art education of people include: 1,to cultivate children's sense of art,to promote children's aesthetic ability;2,the development of children's imagination and innovation ability;3 and promote children's emotional development;4,to promote children's mental growth;5,develop and improve the children's divergent thinking ability and comprehensive ability;6,exercise children's ability to observe,is conducive to the development of children's visual experience;7,the implementation ofemotional education,can improve the moral cognitive ability of children.Through these demonstrations,the importance of children's art education in the educational system is highlighted.Then the present situation of Shandong province children's art education and the existing problems as the research subject,investigation and visited some schools and school in Shandong province children's art education research institutions,covering the city and countryside of Shandong,through the problems found,and compared the education sector policy documents the latest finding solutions the best way to.Through the analysis of the survey results can be found in current Shandong province children's art education has made some achievements,specifically,whether in schools or school children art institutions in counseling teaching facilities,teaching content,teaching,classroom teaching,students' performance assessment and achieved some progress and improve,but there is still there are some problems,such as: focus on skills neglected aesthetic ability and innovation ability,the problem still exists in the teaching practice of Chinese children's art education still exist the problem of unbalanced development of regional education and actual teaching practice on the assessment of student work and lack of flexibility and diversity of problems,these problems are common in the city the school children art education institutions,and in remote rural schools are more serious and prominent,therefore,for this Some problems from various aspects to seek solutions,such as: education management departments of supervision and management and policy guidance,schools and institutions,teacher training,teaching evaluation and so on,hope that through these solutions,and actively promote the Shandong province children's art education and healthy development,and provide reference for the construction of China's contemporary children's scientific and effective the art educationsystem.
