| Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is the only area with both land bordering and sea coasting.What’s more,it is also China’s frontier window of opening up to ASEAN countries.In recent years,Guangxi has fully taken the advantage of opening up to ASEAN to deepen the communication and cooperation in international education.More and more ASEAN students has chosen to further their study in Guangxi.It’s investigated that the foreign students in Guangxi has exceeded 57,000.About 42,000 of those are from ASEAN countries,three-fourth of the total foreign students in Guangxi.Under the circumstance,I think it’s of necessity to explore the current situation of the management of the international Chinese class in Guangxi universities in order to find the shortcomings of that and the relevant solution,improve the management level and teaching quality of Chinese teachers to speakers of other languages especially novices,further enhance the development of foreign students’ language competence and combined capabilities.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an introduction,including research purposes,literature review,research methods and research content.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of international Chinese classroom management in Guangxi colleges and universities,including the investigation and comprehensive analysis of the classroom environment,classroom rules,Chinese teachers and students who come to study in Guangxi.The third part is to explore the shortcomings and causes of the international Chinese classroom in Guangxi colleges and universities.The fourth part is based on the shortcomings of the international Chinese classroom in Guangxi colleges and universities,and the countermeasures for the effectiveness of international Chinese classroom management in Guangxi colleges and universities:(1)Optimize the classroom physical environment and create a good psychological environment;(2)Teachers and students work together to develop classroom rules and implement reward and punishment measures reasonably;(3)Strengthening the teaching management and continuously improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching;(4)Classroom management must be "people-oriented" and "multiple methods";(5)Focus on cultivating students’collective consciousness and improving students’ self-management ability。... |
