Myanmar as an important neighbor of China,has the largest number of Chinese teachers in Southeast Asian,which native Chinese teachers have played an important role in promoting Chinese education.In recent years,with the strongly support of the State Council Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and Hanban,Myanmar Chinese teachers professional quality has been greatly improved.But with the expansion of Myanmar Chinese learning needs and teacher training needs,some of the problems are increasingly apparent.Due to political and economic reasons,Myanmar local Chinese teachers have been in an unstable development.There is a great difference between the Chinese language proficiency and educational level of the existing Chinese teachers in Myanmar.Like the low professional qualification overall,traditional teaching ideas which has become the bottlenecks in the development of Chinese education in Myanmar.In the past training because of the short time,much content,lack of targeted,lower participation,not enough monitoring and evaluation,the effect is general.Firstly through the literature search and questionnaire survey of Myanmar native Chinese teachers,Chinese teaching and native Chinese teacher training we have a comprehensive and systematic understanding.And then to build a training model for Myanmar native Chinese teachers this paper makes a detailed analysis of eight training parameters such as the training form,training object,training needs,training objectives,training contents,training methods,trainers and training evaluation.Finally,according to Myanmar local Chinese teacher training needs and objectives the author build primary entry,intermediate strengthening and advanced training three different levels of training needs.At the same time modular,personalized curriculum content,theory and practice of combining training methods,as well as the combination of qualitative and quantitative,diagnosis,supervision and feedback of the coexistence of different functions of the training assessment to improve the previous training model deficiencies,the training effect will be more prominent,which will fundamentally improve the Myanmar native Chinese teachers of Chineseproficiency and teaching practice ability,from the long term provide a scientific and rational basis and feasible operating program to achieve the local Chinese teachers in Myanmar standardization and scientific training.In addition hope to provide some inspiration for the training of local Chinese teachers in other countries.
