Research On The Teaching Characteristics Of Short-term Chinese Training For Korean Business People

With the rapid development of China's economy,and the popularity of Chinese language,overseas enterprises have set up companies in China.In order to integrate with the Chinese market and communicate with the Chinese employees more smoothly,enterprises often organize employees to participate in short-time Chinese training.In this situation,some relevant institutions and professionals actively explore the characteristics of overseas enterprises how to learn and teach Chinese,for improving teaching effectiveness.The author is engaged in the business Chinese teaching in Korea which is featured by exam-oriented.Because of time limited,it requires to achieve the desired effects in the short time,so it is different from the general language teaching.For teaching objects are the businessmen who have college degrees or above,teachers should pay more attention to pragmatic teaching and situational teaching so as to give students more authentic expressions.For this reason,the author believes that the occasion of using Chinese with the businessmen is not the same.Teachers should consider the purpose of learning,time,learning methods,professional characteristics,language acceptance and so on.At the same time,I suggest that we can add the culture,customs and habits into the teaching in the right time,to expect the students as far as possible to output more appropriate expression of Chinese in different business situations,and improve the application of the language.Meanwhile,as a native Korean teacher in the process of teaching,we should put forward more targeted teaching methods to determine the focus of teaching and teaching difficulties.In order to make teaching activities more effective,so as to achieve a multiplier effect.
