The Construction Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Quality Evaluation System And The Relationship Between Creative Personality And Entrepreneurship

In the "public entrepreneurship,all the people innovation" today,college students entrepreneurial activities were taken seriously by the state and universities increasingly,and becoming an important way to solve the problem of employment of college graduates.However,in the face of more and more college students entrepreneurs,how to evaluation the entrepreneurial quality,especially through the quantitative way to evaluate the problem becomes a question.This paper attempts to construct the evaluation index system of college students' entrepreneurial quality,and explore the relationship between creative personality and entrepreneurial quality.Study one,on the basis of literature research and interviews,initially preparing the "college students entrepreneurial quality evaluation questionnaire" which contains of 54 items.Randomly selected 300 college students entrepreneurs which gets 257 valid data,and then through the project analysis,reliability and validity test,exploratory factor analysis,ultimately determine the29 items of "college students entrepreneurial quality evaluation questionnaire",the questionnaire contains six dimensions: Economic base,stability,development,teamwork,social contribution rate,innovation.Research two,the use of analytic hierarchy process on the quality of college students to give weights to the various levels of indicators.Through the K-means clustering to get the boundaries of the quality of college students entrepreneurship: 3.38 and 4.17,clearing the quality of high,medium and low quality standards.In the third study,310 students were randomly selected,and 276 valid data were used to analyze the relationship between personality of college students' creative personality and entrepreneurial quality through Step-by-step regression.The results showed that the dimensions of creative personality were positively correlated with the factors of entrepreneurial quality(p <0.01).The dimensions of creative personality had positive predictive effect on the indexes of entrepreneurial quality(p <0.01).
