The emotional intelligence embodies some kinds of adaptive abilities: some aspects in the emotional intelligence such as the ability of perceiving and understanding the emotion,the apt style of expressing emotion and the ability of controlling emotional behaviors are all adaptive abilities.Its cultivation is helpful to mold students' sound personality.In this study,we use Interpersonal relationship questionnaire,Self-esteem scale,and Emotional intelligence Scale as research tools.Study randomly picked 375 college students in Shandong Province and Hehei Province as the research object.Using SPSS and Amos statistical analysis software,carry on the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis to the data.On this basis,understand the basic situation of junior high school students' interpersonal relationship,self-esteem and emotional intelligence,explore the correlation between these three variables,explore the relationship whether the self-esteem plays a mediating role between interpersonal relationship and emotional intelligence or not.According to drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign education experience,put forward the advice of the improvement of junior high school students' interpersonal relationship,self-esteem and emotional intelligence level.The results suggest that:Junior high school students' interpersonal relationship is in the middle and upper levels,and have significant differences in gender,origin of students,only-child and grade,embodied in: male students score significantly higher than female students;urural college students score significantly higher than urban students;the non-only-child's score is significantly higher than that of the only-child;the second and third grade' s interpersonal relationship is much better than the first second.Junior high school students' self-esteem is in the middle and upper levels and has significant differences in origin of students,only-child and grade embodied in:Urban students is significantly higher than rural students;only-child's self-esteem is higher than non-only-child;the first and second grade's score is higher than the third grade.Junior high school students' emotional intelligence is in the middle and upper levels,and have significant differences in gender,origin of students,only-child and grade,embodied in: female junior high school students' emotional intelligence is significantly higher than male students;in the emotional intelligence and emotional perception,the score of urban college students is significantly higher than rural students;in the totalscore of emotional intelligence,the second grade students' score significantly higher than the first students.only-child's emotional intelligence is higher than non-only-child;the first and second grade's score is higher than the third grade.Junior high school students' interpersonal relationship,self-esteem and emotional intelligence are notably related respectively.There is a significant positive correlation between interpersonal relationship and self-esteem,and there is a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and motional intelligence,and there is a significant positive correlation between interpersonal relationship and emotional intelligence.Interpersonal relationship can effectively predict emotional intelligence and self-esteem respectively;self-esteem can positively predict emotional intelligence;interpersonal relationship and self-esteem can positively predict emotional intelligence.Self-esteem is the intermediary variable between interpersonal relationship and emotional intelligence,and the partial mediation effect is remarkable.On the above research results of interpersonal relationship,self-esteem and emotional intelligence,this research put forward the following suggestions:(1)Improve the emotional intelligence: Improve the emotional intelligence of junior high school boys;Improve the emotional intelligence of rural junior high school students;Teachers should consciously develop emotional intelligence;Imparting junior high school students emotional management strategies.(2)Constructing good interpersonal relationship of junior high school students:Helping rural students to build good interpersonal relationship;Concerned about the first grade students;Non-only child's family should improve the parenting style;Rurul family should pay attention to the cultivating of character of children;Concerning to the self-esteem's mediation effect.(3)Raising your self-esteem of junior high school students: Set up mental health education courses;Enrich campus culture environment.
