Teenagers are the future of the country.In recent years,the construction of spirit and civilization has become the focus and core of society.In the teaching work of these years,we found that the overall moral level of the students in the township middle school has decreased and the pro-social behavior of students has gradually decreased through observation.This research attempts to find ways to improve students’ moral awareness and increase the pro-social behavior.It also will improve the construction of spiritual civilization and promote positive and healthy development of students.Moreover,the research will provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for moral and mental health education in primary and secondary schools of countryside.The object of research is the students who come from MangShi JiangDong Junior High School.The moral shirk scale,pro-social behavior tendency scale and family rearing style scale are adopted as measuring tools in this research.300 questionnaire are distributed and 297 questionnaires are taken back.The recovery ratio is 99 percent.The following results are obtained by Using SPSS software which analysis and handle the recovered data.Ⅰ.If the level of moral disengagement is good,there are significant differences in sex,place of residence,whether it is a student cadre and grade variable.Ⅱ.If pro-social behavior is at the middle level,there are significant differences in gender,place of residence or whether it is a student cadre.Ⅲ.There is significant difference in gender variables in family rearing pattern.There is no significant difference in place of residence or whether is an only child variable.Ⅳ.There are no racial differences in family rearing pattern,family rearing pattern and pro-social behavior.Ⅴ.There are significant correlations between the family rearing pattern and moral disengagement from the various dimensions.The understanding of family rearingpattern which is from parental family,the warmth and moral disengagement have significant negative prediction.If there is the punishment,strictness,excessive protection,preference of the trial and rejection,the positive prediction will exist between denial of the several dimensions and moral disengagement.Ⅵ.There is significant negative correlation between moral disengagement and altruistic,urgency and emotionality from several dimensions.The dispersing dimension of pro-social behavior and moral disengagement has significant positive prediction.Ⅶ.There is positive correlation among the understanding of family rearing style,the dimension of warmth and the altruistic dimension of pro-social behavior.There is significant negative correlation between other dimensions and altruistic dimension of pro-social behavior.There is positive prediction among pro-social behavior and dimension of warmth.Severity and punishment dimension and pro-social behavior have significant negative predictive effect.Ⅷ.The moral Shirk level of junior middle school students has mediating effect between family rearing style and pro-social behavior.Conclusion: There are significant correlations among family rearing style,moral Shirk and pro-social behavior.The results show that the positive family rearing style plays an important role in reducing the level of moral shirk level,improving the moral level and increasing the pro-social behavior.
