Comparative Study On Yang Jiabu New-Year Painting And Gao Mi New-Year Painting

The Yang Jiabu New-Year Painting and Gao Mi New-Year Painting are different forms of New Year Paintings,which are rooted in traditional culture and have unique local characteristics as well as ethnic styles,and people's desire for a better life is placed on them.Due to the difference of production process,the aesthetic needs,and the causes,they form different artistic style.In this paper,based on the Yang Jiabu New-Year Paintings and Gao Mi New-Year Paintings,the parallel comparison method is used to compare and analyze the development reasons,production techniques,themes and artistic styles,decorative characteristics and the influence of New-Year paintings on other paintings.The current situation of the New-Year Paintings in both places is analyzed and concrete protection measures are put forward,which has certain guiding significance for the inheritance and protection of the New-Year Paintings.The research results show that the Yang Jiabu New-Year paintings and Gao Mi New-Year Paintings are influenced by traditional Confucian culture in the process of formation,which is used in the decoration of the New Year and the function of enlightenment.The Yang Jiabu New-Year Paintings is influenced by China's five-color culture,which has strong bright colors and rich decorative;Gao Mi New-Year Painting is formed on the basis of Literati painting and murals,which has literati atmosphere.Because of the different causes,which directly result in the difference of "spiritual expression" of two New-Year Painting artists,these difference can be presented through the composition,the shape,and the color.This paper tries to make a comprehensive comparison between the two aspects of the creation process of the New-Year Paintings,the influence and the inheritance and protection,which aims to reveal the fundamental difference between the New-Year Paintings of the two places,and promote the inheritance and innovation on the basis of deep understanding.
