Justice is very important to the social system and it is the primary value of the social system.people have been exploring this issue for thousands of years to achieve institutional justice as the determined social ideal and value goal.The Roman Republican system is a bright star in the history of the world system,and its implication theory has profound influence on the system of later Western countries,and also has some theoretical enlightenment to the system construction in our country.In recent years,theorists have studied the justice of Roman republic from the perspective of political science and history.However,few scholars have researched from the perspective of historical materialism.The research is relatively inadequate,not deep enough,and has great development space.Therefore,It will be a long-term theoretical significance from the historical materialism to study the Roman Republic of justice,and there are certain practical significances to china’s system construction and the construction of core values.In this paper,we use the method of literature analysis,logic and history to analyze the justice of Roman republican justice from the perspective of historical materialism,and draw the meaning and inspiration.The main part of the thesis is divided into three parts: the first part,from the concept of institutional justice,We show the basic structure of the system of justice,the main content,and then elaborate the historical evolution of Western institutional justice,and Marx’s basic view of institutional justice;Secondly,this paper expounds the development process of the Roman republic and its justice and the Roman democratic system.On the basis of the theoretical exposition,it reveals the historical material conception of the Roman Republican justice design concept and the orientation of the Roman Republican justice from the perspective of historical materialism.The third part,first of all,it elaborated the positive impact of Roman Republic of justice on the contemporary development of Western democratic system,which included the contemporary Western system of the three powers,and the contemporary Western provinces and autonomous regions management system.Secondly,drawing on the influence of Roman Republican justice on western democracy,it expounds the legislative administration and judicial revelation of Roman republican justice to the construction of contemporary Chinese system.Finally,it explains the practical significance of the republican justice of Romeand the reference to the construction of "fair","equality","freedom","democracy" and "rule of law" in contemporary Chinese core values.The new ideas and characteristics of this article are: from the perspective of historical materialism to study the Roman Republic of justice,to analyze its historical materialism implication,and from the perspective of historical materialism to give it a historical position,this is a new perspective.Rome from Wang Zheng to the Republic,through a tortuous road,in the struggle between civilians and aristocracy,the continuous development of productive forces,the growing economic strength of the civilian population,political status also increased,it is this contradictory movement,to promote the Roman Republic of justice The development of China’s core values,and thus have a far-reaching theoretical and practical significance to promote the construction of China’s institutional justice.
