The Employment Situation Investigation And Analysis Of MTCSOL

Taking Xinjiang Normal University as an example,to have graduated from the MTCSOL employment status investigation for the employment structure,employment ability,employment intention,employment attitude,quality of employment and employment satisfaction of six parts.This study is mainly divided into four parts,the first part of the research background,including the meaning and purpose of literature review;the second part is a detailed analysis including questionnaire design,distribution and the results of the survey;the third part of the main influence factors of MTCSOL employment analysis,the fourth part puts forward relevant suggestions.According to the survey of MTCSOL employment status: the domestic employment mainly concentrated in universities and schools;employment intention of graduates can be seen from the master of MTCSOL career outlook is more mature and conservative;employment consciousness is weak,many students did not participate in the employment guidance and training;most of the graduates monthly income below the national the standard,but in the social insurance and welfare better,more harmonious labor relations.The main factors affecting the employment of Chinese master of international education are graduates' political outlook,volunteer experience and the ability to obtain employment.I am from the University,the graduate student own two point of view,from the importance of suggestions: college graduate employment guidance to carry out training,occupation planning education,entrepreneurship education,graduate employment situation closely tracking the four aspects to improve their level of employment guidance;graduate students pay attention to comprehensive improve the quality at the same time,correct understanding of their own,do the occupation career planning.
