Born Of Fire Transmitted With History Research On The Revolution Of Rongchang Pottery In The Situation Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection

With the rapid development of globalization and industrialization,the inheritance and development of traditional handicrafts are facing severe impacts,and have once fell into a hopeless predicament.Since the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage was passed on the 32 nd UNESCO general assembly on October 17,2003,the intangible cultural heritage protection worldwide advances vigorously and enters the road of intangible cultural heritage development.This injects vitality into the development of traditional handicrafts,provides policy support for the existence and development of the handicraft,and provides more abundant means of livelihood for handicraft producers.However,many protections have become new damage factors.Everything has its dual nature.When we are stressing the protection of intangible cultural heritages and actively promoting the development of traditional handicrafts,we should not ignore the negative impacts they bring.On May 13,2011,Rongchang pottery production skills were listed into the third batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.And then its development ushers in a full range and rapid changes.This research,mainly taking the time when Rongchang pottery production skills were listed into the third batch of national intangible cultural heritage list as the time node and through the analysis of the current situation of the protection and development with the government taking the lead and society and enterprises participating in,introspects the negative effect the intangible cultural heritage protection brings to the development of traditional handicrafts and explores the sustainable development path of traditional handicrafts under the intangible cultural heritage protection background.This is to provide a reference for future protection of intangible cultural heritages like traditional handicrafts and help the intangible cultural heritage protection play a greater function,making their heritage sustainable to enrich the contemporary social and cultural diversity.The research,starting from the angle of intangible cultural heritage protection and guided by the theory and method of art anthropology,and is completed after manyfieldworks in the gathering area of Rongchang pottery producing and selling.Through observation,contacts and interviews of pottery producing groups,inheritors,sellers and customers,revolutions of Rongchang pottery under the intangible cultural heritage protection background is accurately analyzed in the aspects of development environment,production mode,production innovation,consumer groups,trading mode,inheritance way and so on.The study is divided into four chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the research origin,significance,theory and literature review and research methods;the second chapter elaborates the ecological environment,development history and modern value of Rongchang pottery;the third chapter analyzes the changes in aspects of social environment,production mode,production innovation,consumer groups,trading mode,inheritance way after Rongchang pottery was listed into the national intangible cultural heritage list;the fourth chapter reflects the existing problems of the development of traditional handicrafts under the background of intangible cultural heritage protection and puts forward the future sustainable development path of craftsmanship.
