As is known to all,language and culture are inextricably linked,behind the language can be a reflection of the deep culture.Correspondingly,in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,the relationship between cultural teaching and language teaching is complementary and indispensable.Through the language of learning can effectively promote the cultural heritage,and introducing culture in the teaching can stimulate learners' interest in learning Chinese.In recent years,with the gradual study of the theory in second language culture teaching,a lot of Chinese textbooks related to culture have emerged.However,most of the academic communities study the culture of teaching from the theoretical level and the teaching level of inquiry is relatively weak.In particular,there are relatively few studies on cultural projects in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and the quantitative research as well as the scientific investigation and analysis is relatively scarce,the theoretical level of discussion is more concentrated,and the long-standing“cultural outline” has not been established.This article mainly includes the following four parts:Cultural teaching plays a very important role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The author first studies the relevant literature,and then summarizes the academic research achievements of the predecessors in order to define the basic types of the cultural projects studied in this paper.Secondly,we will select the primary and intermediate stage this two series of textbooks of Learn Chinese with Me(English Version)as the research object,statistics the cultural projects which are distributed in the warm-up activities,text,new words,exercises this four compilation styles.On the basis of quantitative statistics,this paper makes a qualitative analysis to investigate the characteristics of cultural projects of teaching materials.Thirdly,we'll analyze the distribution of various types of cultural projects,which are on the basis of the comparative research methods and the theories of intercultural communication and cultural linguistics.In the part of the corpus analysis,this paper compares the cultural projects which are distributed in the new words of the teaching materials with the vocabulary syllabus,and then statistics and analyzes the specific situation of the cultural projects which are embodied in the outline words and super class words.Lastly,we'll make the corresponding conclusions based on the data statistics and corpus analysis.According to the principles of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the language level of the learners at the beginning and the middle stage,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the preparation of the cultural project of this set of teaching materials,with a viewto providing reference for the future preparation of teaching materials for Chinese as a foreign language,so as to promote cultural teaching.
