Volitive verbs is an important part of speech in modern Chinese.It not only has a high frequency of use,but also has a wide range of uses.It is the research focus in the field of Chinese as a foreign language.However,the current research on volitive verbs in the field of TCFL(Teaching Chinese As Foreign Language)mainly focuses on the analysis of acquisition errors,the contrastive analysis of languages and the study of teaching methods.In addition,there are few articles on volitive verbs arrangement in TCFL textbooks.Therefore,in this paper,the arrangement of volitive verbs in three sets of textbooks with high popularity in China will be investigated and analyzed in order to enrich this kind of research.In this paper,it mainly includes six parts:The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is about the arrangement of volitive verbs in Chinese Course.The third chapter is about the arrangement of volitive verbs in Boya Chinese.The fourth chapter is about the arrangement of volitive verbs in Developing China.The fifth chapter is the comparison of volitive verbs arrangement among textbooks.The first chapter is an introduction.The purpose and significance of this study,the status of volitive verbs ontology research,the status of volitive verbs research in the field of Chinese as a foreign language and research ideas are mainly introduced.In Chapter 2,Chapter 3 and Chapter 4,the arrangement of volitive verbs in Chinese Course,Boya Chinese and Developing China is introduced respectively.Each chapter mainly includes:volitive verbs scope of textbook selection;the arrangement of volitive verbs knowledge points in the selection of textbooks;a detailed analysis of the selected volitive verbs from three aspects:the frequency of the emergence of volitive verbs,whether the explanations of volitive verbs knowledge points given in textbooks fully cover the various meanings of volitive verbs appearing in textbooks,and whether the volitive verbs meanings in the selected textbooks are comprehensive or not;whether the type,quantity and difficulty of volitive verbs exercises are reasonable or not.The fifth chapter is the comparison of volitive verbs arrangement among textbooks.In this chapter,the comparison between textbooks is mainly made on the various situations examined and analyzed in the previous text,including the following aspects:comparing the scope of volitive verbs in the selection of textbooks;comparisons of knowledge point arrangement modes of volitive verbs;comparing the contents and explanations of volitive verbs knowledge points;compare comprehensively the semantics of textbook arrangement with that of textbook interpretation in volitive verbs,which is a common and frequently used textbook;comparison of volitive verbs exercises;proposals for volitive verbs arrangement.Through comparison,it is found that the scope of the three sets of textbooks is roughly the same in the scope of volitive verbs selection.In the selection of volitive verbs knowledge points,the volitive verbs knowledge points compiled by Chinese Course and Developing China have less coverage than Boya Chinese.In terms of compilation methods,Boya Chinese and Developing Chinese are relatively well handled,while Chinese Course is rather inferior.There are great differences among the three sets of textbooks in the contents and explanations of volitive verbs knowledge points.In the semantic arrangement of volitive auxiliary,the texts of Boya Chinese and Developing China have more comprehensive volitive verbs semantics,while Chinese Course is not comprehensive enough.In terms of the semantic interpretation of volitive verbs,none of the three sets of textbooks gives all the explanations including the semantics appearing in the text,and even some of the more common ones are not included.In this respect,all three sets of textbooks need to be improved.In the arrangement of volitive verbs exercises,the exercises in Chinese Course are more traditional.Comparatively speaking,Boya Chinese and Developing China have relatively novel exercises.On the difficulty of exercises,Chinese Course and Developing China are relatively simple as a whole.The volitive verbs exercises in Boya Chinese have a reasonable span in difficulty setting,and the overall difficulty is moderate and reasonable.
