With the integration of economic globalization, the development of cultural industry has become an important indicator of national soft power and a strategic planning of global development of industry.Cultural industry, whose products product need complex high technology and which develop speedy in recent years, has play an important role on industry upgrading in our country.Due to the cultural industry resource endowment and unbalanced economic development in different regions, the development level of cultural industry agglomeration in different regions is very different. In the important period of industrial structure adjustment,it is helpful to study the influence of cultural industry agglomeration on the upgrading of industrial structure, and to help our country's industrial development strategy choice and path optimization.Based on the knowledge of industrial economics, statistics and regional economics, this paper analyzes the quantifiable indicators on the basis of reading a large number of literature on cultural industry agglomeration and industrial structure upgrading. This paper uses the method of combination of theory and demonstration to analyze and compare the influence of the agglomeration of cultural industry on the upgrading of industrial structure in eastern, central and western parts of China.First of all, this paper discusses the theory of cultural industrial agglomeration and industrial structure upgrading at home and abroad, and summarizes the mechanism of cultural industry agglomeration effect on the upgrading of industrial structure. After that, analyzes the current situation of cultural industry agglomeration and industrial structure upgrading, and puts forward the model hypothesis. Finally,China is divided into three regions of East,Middle and West as the research object, using SPSS and STATA software to do empirical analysis, and construct two structural equation models to validate the hypotheses of this paper. The empirical analysis of this paper includes two aspects: First of all,the cultural industries in China's provinces and cities in the six typical eigenvalues as an indicator, the use of factor analysis of China's 31 provinces and cities of the cultural industry cluster level measured,Then we divide our country into three regions of East,Middle and West.According to the multiple regression model,we test the influence of the cultural industry agglomeration on the three industrial structure and the upgrading of the internal structure of the tertiary industry,Concluded as follow:Overall, the eastern coastal areas of the cultural industry concentration level is higher than the central and western regions, the industrial structure is better than the central and western regions. The influence of cultural industry agglomeration on the upgrading of the three industrial structure is positive correlation, among which the western region is the most significant, the eastern are the least. But the impact of cultural industry agglomeration on the upgrading of the tertiary industry is the opposite, the eastern region is the most significant. Therefore,we can conclude that the upgrading of the industrial structure in the eastern region is more reflected in the upgrading of the internal structure of the tertiary industry, and the relevancy and integration of the cultural industry and the secondary industry still needs to be strengthened.Central and western regions, especially in the western region of the cultural industry cluster plays an important role in upgrading the industrial structure,We should vigorously develop the cultural industry, the potential development of the cultural industry in the central and western regions, the formation of brand effect, increase the technological content of cultural industries, and further promote the upgrading of the tertiary industry's internal structure.
