Research Of Dongli Town's Community Culture Co-construction Based On Governance Theory

Under the background of the deepening of modern political and economic system reform,the rapid progress and development of urbanization has made community construction an important issue.The community culture construction of historical cultural towns is related to the integration of socialism modern spiritual value and traditional historical value,to the construction of modern town community culture with distinct local features.Nowadays,with the growing of civil society,historical cultural town's co-construction of community culture is a modern social management pattern based on governance theories.It plays a significant role in constructing and managing Chinese town's community culture,as well as adjusting to and promoting researches of China's situation.Dongli Town is a typical historical cultural old town,with deep historical and cultural foundation.There will be some realistic significance when analyzing and researching its community culture construction basing on governance theories to find out more adjustable measures and methods for constructing old town's culture under modern China's realistic background.This thesis is divided into five chapters:Chapter One,Introduction.The author will introduce the research background and meaning,the situation of current research at home and abroad,the adopted research approaches and research goals and so on.Currently there are not many theses focusing on research of coconstruction of historical cultural old town's community culture in China.The author makes use of methods of literature review,systematic analysis,and empirical approach in this thesis,to conduct an overall analysis of Dongli Town's community culture co-construction.Chapter Two,Summary of community culture co-construction,includes basic concepts,research theory foundation and pattern of community culture co-construction.It explains concepts such as “community culture”,“community culture co-construction” and the like,introduces governance theories and civil autonomy theories connected to the research of this thesis,and describes four patterns of community culture co-construction based on the relationship between government and society.Chapter Three,the current condition of Dongli Town's community culture co-construction.The author concentrates on the overall situation of Dongli Town's social economy development,the current condition of its community culture co-construction(including participants,ways of co-construction and the achievements),specific cases and the advantages of community culture co-construction to conduct the analysis.Chapter Four,problems and analysis of reasons.Through approach of questionnaires,there have reflected Tongli Town's three problems in the management of multiple participants taking part in community culture co-construction: the channels for community culture co-construction are not clear,and the cooperation between government and society is not close;the participants have not fully played their roles,and resources sharing links are becoming a weak point;society's participants face obstacles for development,and the win-win structure for both government and society has not formed.The main reasons for these problems are as follows: there are not enough resource sharing platforms to integrate disperse social resources;social organizations have not acquired equal status in the community culture co-construction;there are shortcomings in Dongli Town's culture co-construction communication connection system,and weaknesses in social participation and cooperation awareness.Chapter Five,Measures.To solve these problems,the author comes up with measures including increasing participants' reason and organizing abilities,creating a community culture environment of multiple cultures developing together with traditional customs,building a system of multiple participants joining the culture co-construction,valuing the integration of culture facilities and talents for culture development.
