Study On The Construction Of Karamay Community Culture

The community is one of the indispensable important units in urban construction.A good community is entrusted to the high spiritual sustenance of the residents and reflects the overall value of the residents in the entire community.The three views and behaviors advocated in the construction of community culture can effectively have a wide impact on the residents of the community and guide their behavioral norms.Make subtle changes in the attitudes and lifestyles of the people in the community to make them healthier,more active and more positive.The construction of urban community culture is also an indispensable part of the prosperity and development of society.It is also an important component of spiritual civilization construction.By understanding the needs of community residents for community culture construction and existing problems,combined with the current guidelines and policies on community culture construction in China,we can find feasible countermeasures.This paper collects first-hand data by means of literature research,inductive analysis and field investigation,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions after analysis.This article is divided into five parts,specifically:The first part has played an important role in the introduction.The author has consulted a large number of relevant literatures,and made an integrated analysis of the arguments of various experts and scholars.The following is a brief explanation of the reasons and meanings of selecting this topic.In particular,the place for innovation in this paper is presented.The second part is the basic chapter of this article,mainly the introduction of relevant theoretical content,including the most basic concepts,various characteristics,and most important functional aspects of community culture construction.The third part is to analyze the status quo of cultural construction in the Xiangyangbei community of Karamay City,including community briefings and cultural construction activities.The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the culturalconstruction of urban communities and the causes of these problems.The fifth part is to improve the countermeasures and suggestions for the community culture construction in Karamay City.In response to the conclusions of the fourth part of the analysis,and through the experience of learning advanced communities,combined with community practice to put forward practical advice.The sixth part,the conclusion.The composition of our society is very complicated.The most basic element is the community.The state attaches great importance to this.The construction of community culture plays an important role in the construction of national spiritual civilization.As the saying goes,the community progresses a small step and the social progress is a big step.At present,China has made good achievements in this respect,but there is still a lot of room for improvement,and there is still a long way to go to realize our ultimate comprehensive well-off.Actively exploring ways and means of urban community culture construction is a powerful guarantee to ensure the completion of the goal.The main shortcoming of this paper is that the sample of this paper is limited to the respondents in some urban areas of Karamay City,and the representative aspect has been affected.Based on the limited data and the lack of personal ability of the author,the argument of the article is not mature enough,some of the content is not strong,and the depth is limited.I also ask the instructor and experts to correct me.
