Research On The Reliability And Value Of Rawls's Intergenerational Justice Theory

In the view of Rawls' s justice theory,intergenerational justice plays an important role.From the angle of the sequence of time,the contemporary people have precedence over the future generations obviously,and the of human existence of the future generations has to rely on the natural environment and resources by the contemporary people,in other words,contemporary people have the dominant role for future generations of living conditions absolutely.However,if the contemporary people do not take into account the interests of contemporary and future generations,merely meet this generation's interests,then,it will obviously produce serious constraints on the development of future generations,even cause serious consequences.Therefore,the realization of fair between generations is the necessary condition to ensure sustainable development.Human beings should try to predict the consequences of their actions as much as possible,so as to take the responsibility for the future generations.The study of Rawls' s theory of intergenerational justice has become an important branch of theory in the construction of the theory of justice.Although there is a lot of materials of Rawls' intergenerational justice theory,the study on its reliability and its value is less.The pure theories take the majority,and there lacks the empirical analysis.Therefore,on the foundation of traditional literature,this paper draws into the questionnaire method,and design of the questionnaire on Rawls' s intergenerational justice.According to the survey results,this paper adopts the method of method of theory combining with practice in-depth research,and hopes that through the way of new research method,this paper can provide a path a new method for future academic research in the Rawls' s theory of intergenerational justice.Specifically,the research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper expounds the philosophical foundation and main content of Rawls' s theory of intergenerational justice.In the back to Rawls' s background when he proposes the intergenerational justice,this paper considers that macrosocial background,family environment and the theoretical background are the main background factors.In the formation of Rawls' s philosophical basis for the theory of intergenerational justice,firstly,he rethinks profoundly of the prevailing utilitarianism,then,he introduces of contract theory based on the thorough critique theory,and he analyzes from the perspective of the intergenerationaljustice theory.On the basis of acertain philosophical theory,this paper expounds the main content of Rawls justice,namely under the perspective of the Rawls to analyze the logical system of intergenerational justice concept.Secondly,this paper analyzes the reliability of Rawls' s intergenerational justice.In Rawls' s theory of intergenerational justice,this paper identifies the main conceptual indicators that can prove the credibility of Rawls' s intergenerational justice.This paper chooses four core related concepts based on the text of the regression and study on Rawls' s intergenerational justice,namely the social lowest social benefit value,justice storage principle,family mode and no time preference.Due to the technical reason,this paper designs some specific questions for each concept index,constructs and designs the research framework and its research methods,including questionnaire design,data collection,interpretation of the specific process of research.Then,it summarizes the analysis method and uses research tools etc..Thirdly,this paper studies the reliability of the survey data of Rawls' s theory of intergenerational justice.Namely,this paper adds up the questionnaire statistical data of Rawls' s intergenerational justice,in order to confirm the reliability of data,including the counting and the analysis on the characteristics of population statistics from multiple dimensions of gender,age,nationality,education,occupation and income.Then,this paper analyzes of various indicators of reliability of Rawls' s intergenerational justice which are involved,namely,it counts and analyzes on frequency of the survey questions based on the following indexes about the social lowest benefit value,the justice storage principle,family pattern and no time preference,and it explores the reliability on Rawls' s intergenerational justice in all directions and in-depth.Finally,This paper inspects the practical value of Rawls' s intergenerational justice theory based on its reliability study,namely from the two different categories of the foreign and domestic angles to analyze of Rawls' s justice theory in contemporary practical value on sequence,and points out that the sustainable development is the core contemporary embodiment of Rawls' s intergenerational justice theory.On this basis,this paper discusses how to promote the further realization of Rawls' s value of intergenerational justice,which should be considered from three approaches as follows:firstly,abandon the center consciousness of this generation,and form of intergenerational care concept;secondly,pay attention to social vulnerable groups,and highlight the sense of fairness.It can be realized from the following four points: to establish and improve the progress of employment system of the vulnerable groups,toincrease the protection of vulnerable groups,to improve the social security system,focus on housing system rationality construction and realize the education equality of migrant workers children;thirdly,to coordinate the relationship between economy,resources and environment.To build a new strategy of sustainable development legal intertwined.It can be realized from the following three points: putting the related content of Rawls intergenerationaljustice theory consciously into environmental law,even in the constitution,in order to establish a new strategic thinking of sustainable prevention legislation pattern,and highlight the importance of science knowledge in risk prevention principle;besides,consciously set future generation representative in the environmental law.
