In the two groups before and after intervention in chengdu sports institute of sports medicine institute for health and fitness index test; And in the experimental group and control group before and after the intervention, Scl-90scale measurement were performed, on this basis to evaluate participants’ mental health. Results:the experimental group, the quiet heart rate, diastolic blood pressure had no significant difference (p>0.05); Systolic blood pressure, step index, vo2Max, cardiac functional capacity F.C. have very significant difference (p<0.01); Scl-90scale in somatization, force, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror and psychosis and other nine factors are all in very significant difference (p<0.01), and paranoid factor, there were no significant differences (p>0.05). Conclusion:1. After12weeks of guozhuang dance fitness sports, to improve cardiorespiratory fitness in the elderly has obvious effect.2.12weeks in the guozhuang dance fitness exercise on middle-aged and old women of somatization, force,interpersonal relationship,depression, anxiety, hostility, terror and psychosisand other nine factor scores were improved to different extent, guozhuang fitnessdance that not only can improve the physical health of middle-aged and old women,and the improvement of their mental health has a positive role in promoting.
