In recent years,with the rising of overall national strength,China increases the influence on international affairs.More and more foreigners start to pay attention to Chinese which leads to the enthusiasm in learning Chinese in the world.In the second language teaching area,it is emphasized to train listening,speaking,reading and writing abilities and apply the knowledge into daily communication which becomes the ultimate goal for Chinese learners.Now speaking courses play a very important role in teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.This thesis is based on the research achievements of predecessors,integrates the communicative approach into advanced speaking course,and analyzes “Which one of them are you” in Developing Chinese Advanced Speaking course?.It is from the practicalities of advanced speaking course,based on the communicative teaching process and designs a teaching plan which is full of reasonable and effective methods.This thesis is mainly divided into six parts.In the first chapter,it mainly introduces the background,significance,research content,research methods and summarizes the research results of predecessors.In the second chapter,it takes some advanced Chinese learners as respondents,analyzes the learning situation of senior learners in oral English by questionnaires which is the preparation for the teaching design.In the third chapter,it analyzes the feasibility of communicative approach in advanced oral Chinese teaching in two aspects: the advantages of communicative approach and the advantages of communicative approach in advanced oral teaching.In the fourth chapter,based on the communicative language teaching principles,this paper is carried out in three ways: class teaching design,class teaching procedures and class teaching suggestions.In the fifth chapter,it takes the lesson “Which one of them are you ” from Developing Chinese Advanced speaking course(?)as an example,makes a teaching design based on the communicative approach and give advice after class.In the sixth chapter,the conclusion part summarizes the main ideas of this thesis,and points out the shortcomings of this thesis.
