In recent years,along with the continuous development of Chinese Economy,there has been an upsurge of Chinese learning in Korea.However,in private Chinese Colleges of Korea,the teaching ability of the Chinese-Chinese teachers is uneven.This phenomenon not only affects the study of Chinese learners,but also may lead to learners' misunderstanding or even rejection of China.Therefore,the author passed the study of the required of Chinese teacher of Xinhua Chinese Language College in Daegu,South Korea.There are 57 Chinese learners including middle school students,college students,company employees,and individual owners.The students' Chinese language proficiency covering junior,middle,and high grades.The age range spans from 12 to 71 years old.The survey was conducted by the National Quality Requirements of Teachers.And various methods such as Documentary Materials,Questionnaires,SPSS data analysis,Interviews,and Comprehensive Analysis were used to study and explore The specific qualities of Chinese teachers in Korean private Chinese language schools.We are eager to further supplement the few studies,in order to make reference for the development of Chinese-Chinese teacher in the future,and to increase the entry standards for Chinese teachers in South Korea to ensure the quality of Chinese teachers.The survey will analyze the overall needs of Chinese teachers from the aspects of Knowledge Accumulation,Teaching Skills,and Comprehensive Quality.And group the survey respondents according to age,profession,gender,and Chinese proficiency.Then,analyze different groups from differences in quality requirements for Chinese teachers.At the same time,summarizes the learners' suggestions for improving the teachers' teaching skills.After research and analysis,it is found that among the three qualities of Chinese teachers: Knowledge Accumulation,Teaching Skills,and Comprehensive Quality,Teaching skills(4.34)are the most important,followed by the Teachers' Comprehensive Qualities(3.77),and the third is Teachers' Knowledge Accumulation(3.64).Among them,spoken language ability(4.39)in Teaching skills,Chinese basic knowledge(4.63)in Knowledge Accumulation,detailed lectures in terms of Comprehensive Qualities,and addition of many new knowledge(4.61)other than textbooks are consistent among students.In addition,Chinese learners especially emphasized that Chinese teachers should be student-centered and more punctual in teaching.The author proposes relevant suggestions for improvement from three different perspectives: Teaching Skills,Knowledge Accumulation,and Comprehensive Quality.It is expected that all parties will work together to help Chinese teachers improve their teaching in terms of knowledge,ability,and quality,to meet the learning needs of students.
