The error is an inevitable theme in process of Professional Foreign Language teaching.The error means the second language learners reveal mistakes and imperfections while using the target language.In courses of Professional Foreign Language teaching,Chinese Writing is an advanced course which student make errors frequently on it.The errors which made by students in Chinese Writing including Chinese characters writing,terms and sentences usage,punctuation usage and writing form.This thesis analyses the errors of Chinese writing in the grade eight students of Gang Hour School of Sihanoukville Province in Cambodia,presents suggestions that decrease errors and expects to help other Chinese teachers who teaching Chinese course in Cambodia increase the quality of teaching Chinese writing.The thesis can be divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction,it briefly introduces the origin,Because of the increasing number of Chinese enterprises in Cambodia,the Chinese writing ability of local employees is not enough to meet the requirements of Chinese business managers.The reason is that the local people have produced many errors in the study of Chinese writing.There are almost no documents in the study of Cambodia students' errors in writing,so the author has examined two aspects of the research on Teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the study of the errors in Chinese writing for the sake of finding a suitable research method for the study of Chinese writing in Cambodia.In this study,the methods of corpus collection and annotation of errors and data analysis are used to objectively show the situation of the errors of the local students' Chinese writing.The second chapter presents Cambodia Chinese educational development situation which contains the progress of Cambodia education and Cambodia Chinese education even the teaching problem about Chinese education in Cambodia,such as the time for Chinese course is compressed by half-day teaching model,the senior students have a wide range of Cambodian school courses,and the time for learning in Chinese schools is not coherent,the tuition that increases year by year in Chinese schools becomes a heavy burden to local families.And furthermore,simply introduces Gang Hour School of Sihanoukville in Cambodia.The third chapter analyses errors of Chinese writing which made by the grade eight students in Gang Hour School.Collating these linguistic data begins with characters,terms,sentences,punctuation and format then analyses the highest rate in each error's part.To Chinese characters part,some students have more errors in strokes,parts writing and character discrimination.There are more errors in the use of words and sentences in the grammar part of the students.The punctuation part of the local students is mistaken for the punctuation and use of the punctuation.As format part,local students always make mistakes on writing a correct format in Chinese composition.The fourth chapter researches the reason to raise errors in Chinese writing from subjective respects and objective aspects and proposes some suggestions to decrease errors in Chinese writing.There are teachers,teaching methods,examination system and environmental reasons in objective aspects.In the aspects of subjective transfer of language,students' self-study,students' character and psychology,In addition,the author also pays attention to the teachers' own,the importance of the teaching of basic elements,the changing of the teaching mode and the attention four points of cultural differences put forward suggestions to reduce local students' errors in Chinese writing.The last chapter as a conclusion teases frame construction of the thesis and points out the weaknesses.
