In recent years,with the rapid development of China and the rising international status,many international activities have been held in China.Volunteers are valuable human resources in the activity organization.The organization is committed to improving the quality of its volunteer service,which has far-reaching significance for the activity.The reasonable implementation of human resource management practice will usually bring some positive effects to volunteers,such as increasing individual work engagement and enhancing individual emotional commitment to the organization.Human resource management practice refers to a series of interrelated practice links,aiming at promoting the rational allocation of human resources,which usually brings positive benefits.At the same time,for the organization,practice is not only a positive measure to achieve the corresponding goals,but also an important factor to clarify the organizational advantages.Work engagement is a kind of behavior state with positive color,which can keep the cognition fully active and make the individual fit the work perfectly.Emotional commitment represents the special connection between the organization and the individual.It is a kind of emotional attachment,which is reflected in the individual's feedback on the organization management strategy.At present,the practice of human resource management of volunteers in China is not comprehensive,and there are some shortcomings in service quality.From the perspective of human resource management practice,it is necessary to provide an effective operation strategy for volunteer organizations to manage volunteers,and investigate and analyze the influence of various dimensions of human resource management practice on volunteer work engagement and emotional commitment.This not only determines the quality of volunteer service,but also plays a key role in the success of the event.In conclusion,this study attempts to investigate the impact of human resource management practice on volunteers' emotional commitment and work engagement.In this study,409 volunteers were selected as the research objects,and the questionnaire was used to investigate the status of volunteer work input,emotional commitment,human resource management practice and emotional commitment The relationship between work input.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Volunteer work input was positively correlated with emotional commitment.(2)The training and support,orientation,recruitment and planning of volunteer human resource management practice have a significant positive predictive effect on work input.(3)The four dimensions of recognition,training,support,orientation and recruitment in human resource management practice have a significant positive predictive effect on emotional commitment.
