A Report On The Simulated Interpretation Of The Third Presidential Debate Between President Obama And Republican Nominee Mitt Romney

This report is the third time in America's presidential candidate in 2012 television debate with functional equivalence theory as the instruction written interpretation practice report.The United States held a presidential candidates third televised debate in 2012.The first two games after a televised debate,President barack Obama and republican presidential candidate mitt romney's approval rating is very close.As the biggest developing country in the world,China believe that the relationship between the United States is one of the most important bilateral relationship.The U.S.presidential election candidate televised debate caused the widespread attention at home.This debate will not only serve to comprehend world politics,but also good material for interpreting practice.The report consists of five chapters.The opening chapter is a description of background and purpose.The second chapter is the theoretical basis.It gives a brief introduction to the development and main principles on interpretation theory.The third chapter includes five sections,background information gathering,related words sorting,the prediction and solution of problems during interpretation,procedure description and after-interpretation thinking.Chapter four is case study.It introduces typical problems regarding words,sentences,and so on,and seeks techniques or solutions to these problems.In chapter five the report contains a summary of the entire practice;it includes the experiences obtained in practice,the unsolved problems and shortcomings,as well as some suggestions for future study.The significance of this report lies in the fact that the simulation-based self-practice contributes to the understanding of the whole practice process,and helps to form a complete and effective procedure of interpreting exercise.In addition,the case study and use of interpreting techniques may further deepen theoretical understanding,and improve the combination of theory and practice.
