Study On Management Of New-style Rural Communities In Urbanization Course

With the quickening pace of rural urbanization, peasants in mounting numbers are setting an even higher demand on production environment and living condition. Consequently, rural community construction has become an important approach to build new socialist countryside and harmonious society under the background of China's rapid urbanization.Inasmuch as the exploration development stage of rural community in current China, problems like imperfection of rural community system, low level construction of public infrastructure, flimsy awareness of management and lack of work force is increasingly evident. Therefore, how to carry out construction of rural community and properly select a development model are urgently need to be solved. Furthermore, how to fit traditional rural management into urban management system and solve the problems in the process of rural transformation has also becoming an important issue during rural community construction.This paper, based on the reality of community construction both at home and abroad, taking Xixin Town, Luyuan District, Changchun City as example, gained a correct perspective of rural community construction and sums up the solutions of rural community construction in Xixin Town.This paper consist of six chapters:part one, introduction, including selection background, significance of research, literature review, objectives and methods of research, basic theory, define the concept of rural community, etc. Part two, summarize the current situation of Xixin Town, Luyuan District, Changchun City. Part three, analyze the existing problems in Xixin Town. Part four, solution to the problem. Part five, draw a conclusion.As an inevitable trend of industrialization and modernization, urbanization of rural community is not only the product of economic society, but also an important indicator to measure the level of national and regional economic development. Rural community, the product of new socialist countryside contribution, has already boarded the stage of history. China's integration of urban and rural area is now entering a critical period of economic development, especially the construction of new rural community strategy, has become a shortcut of social development. Therefore, making a good job of new rural community, guiding the peasants to construct community that fit the well-to-do life, improving the human settlements of countryside, inheriting the traditional architectural culture, is an important and urgent task for us to building up new socialist countryside.
