On these bases, this paper clarifies aged real estate market's development status in Wuhan, and builds an evaluation system of Wuhan urban old people well-being through decomposition of happiness connotation and setting the influence factors. This paper establishes the influence factors from five dimensions which are infrastructure satisfaction, social environment satisfaction, economic conditions satisfaction, social communication satisfaction, physical and mental health satisfaction by using questionnaire method to collect information. Analyzing the relationship between each dimension of well-being and demand characteristics of aged real estate. Further points out that demand characteristics of urban old-age real estate market of Wuhan——in order to improve physical well-being and mental well-being of the elderly.Finally, this paper points out some release strategies of the market demand including that driving the effective demand by increasing the market effective supply, making development planning, establishing the multiple financing payment platform to solve hire or purchase problems of aged real estate, developing older industry to promote aged real estate market's development.
