Research On Public Real Estate Information Disclosure Based On Public Demand

Information is a kind of important social resources,the government always holds a lot of information resources.The development of prosperity in the real estate market today,the real estate information government formed in the management of the real estate market in the process,become the basic needs of the public purchase process.However,since 2008 the implementation of "government information disclosure regulations" since the government.The real estate information and can not meet the needs of the public,the public are not comprehensive,problems such as information asymmetry.In this paper,on the basis of existing research results,taking Xi'an city as an example,research on information disclosure of government real estate channel to carry out demand from the public point of view,China's real estate government information disclosure work and puts forward relevant suggestions.At present,the domestic research on the disclosure of government real estate information theory and practice are discussed,and needs to be further improved.Therefore,firstly,the background,of the domestic and foreign government information disclosure legislation,the scope of information disclosure and the way,status and so on are summarized,and expounds the basic concepts of the theory.Secondly,based on the government the real estate information disclosure situation,the public demand for public access to information and public satisfaction survey analysis found that the public for government real estate information public awareness is low,public satisfaction is low,the lack of a unified platform,imperfect legal system and lack of public job training,and puts forward corresponding suggestions: strengthening the work of public demand the construction of the government information,real estate information GIS map,establishing and perfecting the legal system and strengthen the public job training.
