Performance appraisal of civil servants in the current political, economic and government reform under the background of advancing, has become the focus of government organizations and academia to discuss issues. This evaluation W County Bureau of new exploration breakthrough in the Government sector less practical limitations of performance appraisal of civil servants, for county-level civilservant performance appraisal practice has accumulated successful experience,opening new ways of thinking.
