The incentive mechanism is the institution human resources developmentimportant means, can influence the attitudes and needs of employees, improve theirwork enthusiasm, to realize the improvement of work efficiency and long-termdevelopment. On the institution of our country human resources management,incentive mechanism for this effect did not get be reflectinged adequately, makerelevant institutions of the workers lack of enthusiasm for work, greatly suppressedthe institution development and work efficiency improvement.The paper mainly focuses on the Chinese institutions of human resourcemanagement in incentive mechanism research. The paper first introduces the domesticand foreign to the institution of incentive mechanism of related research, this articleresearch position. This paper analyses the cause of China’s human resourcesmanagement development present situation, China’s mining institution incentivemechanism in human resource management of the main problems, rational analysisbased on the analysis put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve theproblem.The paper mainly includes five parts: firstly, this paper puts forward thecorresponding research questions, including the incentive mechanism for humanresources management institutions of the important role and the incentive mechanismapplication required theoretical foundation, in addition, also introduces the basic ideaof this research, the paper points out research of the innovation and shortcomings;secondly, this paper discusses our country institution incentive mechanism inpersonnel reform in mainly and problem, on one hand, the introduction of China’spersonnel system reform of institutions on the basis of detail, incentive mechanismbecome the institution personnel system reform important content, on the other handanalysis of incentive mechanism in human resource management in institutionsapplication; again, this article mainly based on Incentive Mechanism in humanresources management institutions of the problems have been analysed, andcorresponding improvement strategy, so as to realize our country institution incentive mechanism in human resource management development and improvement; finally,the full text of the summary of the summary and comment, in institutions humanresources management mode, motivation mechanism and institution. Enterprisesincentive mechanism trend are reviewed.
