In face of all kinds ofemergencies, the government should formulate contingency plans in advance, response in the first time,ordered to develop contingency plans and control the situation to limit the losses to a minimum.Therefore, the study of intelligent plans included intelligent management and application systems causedby an event of great significance, for quickly response and relief, as well as reduce casualties andeconomic losses.First in this paper, according to the actual situation of emergency plan management in our country,combining with related theory about intelligent plans management and intelligent plan application,discussing the contents of the intelligent emergency plans, All above are provided the theoretical support.Second, the paper summary the experience of international emergency plan intelligent, and analyzes thedevelopment situation and the achievements of foreign, for more, explains the significance andenlightenment of our country. Then,According to the content of the intelligent plan and international experience, this paper analyzes thegoals and principles of the intelligent emergency plan system, combined with the actual needs of thebusiness.
