Research On Emergency Plan Management In Tianning District Of Changzhou

With the progress and development of society,people’s demand for a better life is gradually upgrading,and the need for a safe and stable environment is also increasing.In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the State Council pay more and more attention to the cause of people’s livelihood,governments at all levels pay more and more attention to the response and disposal of emergencies,and the requirements of emergency management are also higher and higher.As the first-line implementer of emergency management,grass-roots government is the main force to deal with public emergencies.In the current emergency management system,the emergency plan plays a very important role in guiding the overall situation.After years of development,the management of emergency plan in Tianning District of Changzhou City has gradually become complete and standardized,which has played a positive role in emergency response.However,there are also some problems in the management of emergency plan in Tianning District,such as imperfect planning,nonstandard preparation team,incomplete opinions solicitation,untimely plan announcement,one-sided emergency drill,lagging evaluation and revision,and not extensive education and training.Comprehensive analysis of cognition is not in place,attention is not enough,management responsibility is not clear,the relevant system is not perfect,the work implementation is not in place,the guarantee is not perfect and other factors lead to these problems.It is suggested that Tianning district should strengthen the construction of management subject,strengthen the supervision of management process,improve work security and promote the construction of emergency culture.Through the research and analysis of this thesis,I hope to provide some useful thinking for the improvement of emergency plan management in Tianning District of Changzhou City.The dissertation has 7 figure,6 tables,63 references.
