China has a huge production and consumption of genetically modified food market, genetically modified food is closely related to Chinese people's health and even all the human's health and ecological environment safety, On the legal regulation of genetically modified food security is now imminent, This article focused on genetically modified food to the potential threat of people's food security, ecological environment, Focuses on the current problems in genetically modified food safety laws and improve the system of corresponding countermeasures, Genetically modified food safety issues is caused as the legal regulation problem under the uncertainty high-tech, related to the very safety of people's livelihood.
