Research On Leagal System Of Safety Supervision Of Genetically Food

In recent years,the development of GM foods has increased quickly,and its rapid development has made the world's food shortage problem a good solution.The genetically modified foods not only improve people's dietary structure,but also have a certain significance for the promotion of crop production,food processing and other fields,and they also have great economic and social benefits.However,it is not confined to scientific uncertainties.It is not known whether genetically modified foods will cause some kind of damage to the human body or the ecological environment or unforeseen risks.Therefore,safety supervision of genetically modified foods is imperative and needs continuous improvement.Based on this premise,comprehensively using literature research methods and other relevant research methods and related illustrations to explore and analyze the deficiencies of China's legal system of genetically modified food safety supervision,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.The relevant arguments are as follows:First of all,starting from the relevant properties of genetically modified foods that are different from ordinary foods,we further explain what genetically modified foods are and analyze their advantages and risks,and classify them according to their organic sources.Secondly,through the analysis of the legal system structure of genetically modified food safety supervision in relevant countries outside the region and the analysis of the advantages in the regulatory system of genetically modified foods in the relevant countries outside the region,we have obtained useful experiences that are worth learning from.Finally,several questions were raised on the current regulatory system for genetically modified foods in China from the three aspects of the legislative system,the regulatory system,and the safety and security system.Starting from our country's actual conditions,we aimed at the legislative and regulatory systems and safety of genetically modified foods in China.Problems in the three aspects of the safeguard system have made practical recommendations.
