In recent years,while genetically modified foods have been continuously integrated into the public life,some problems have also arisen,mainly related to the considerations of the risks of genetically modified foods: Are there risks in genetically modified foods and will they harm human health? These questions gradually fermented with the circulation and development of genetically modified foods,which caused people to think.At the same time,the debate about the safety of genetically modified foods never stopped.As an important issue related to national economy and people's livelihood,we are urgently required to start from the legal level and explore an effective legal way to regulate the safety of genetically modified food.This article mainly analyzes the safety issues of genetically modified foods from the legal level,analyzes the occurrence principles and classification of genetically modified foods,understands the possible risk factors,and combines the current status of China's genetically modified food safety laws and regulations,including legislative status,regulatory agencies,and The risk management system,etc.,aiming at the defects of the existing system and the problems in supervision,tried to establish a legal regulatory system for risk supervision covering all aspects of production,circulation and sales,and discussed the legal ways to effectively regulate the safety of genetically modified food.The main content of the first chapter of this article is connotation and risk analysis,combing the necessity of legal regulation of genetically modified food safety and related legal basis;Chapter two focuses on the analysis of the current status of legal regulation of genetically modified food safety and problems in supervision in China;Chapter three focuses on the legal supervision system of genetically modified food risk in the United States and the European Union,compares the differences in the legal structure of risk regulation between the two,and attempts to provide a useful reference for China;Chapter four addresses the problems in the legal regulation system of genetically modified food safety in China Corresponding improvement suggestions,and on the basis of perfecting the supporting legal system,establish a dynamic and full-range risk supervision legal system.
