Research On Government Infrastructure Projects Management

Into the background of government investment project management,and the management reform of the government infrastructure projects as the point,this paper investigated and analyzed the status of the China government infrastructure project management.And the paper summarizes the existing problems of the China government infrastructure project management.Traditional management of authority infrastructure projects based mainly in "self-management".Even if there are some forms of outsourcing,it is only in the design and construction phase.Because the logistics administrative sector still bear the project management functions,lots of problems spring up,such as the management quality and efficiency of the resulting low corruption-prone and over schedule,over investment.Government investment project,source for taxpayers.All these characteristics influence the choice of the ways of management.Using project management theory,organizational management and principal-agent theory and other related theories,this paper compares management methods of our country with Western countries to identify gaps in government investment in infrastructure project management model,and finds out the pros and cons of different management contract model.Besides,this paper recalls the history and development of government infrastructure projects management model,to explore the feasibility of introducing social engineering project management model.And through a specific case,paper shows the effect of the applicable project management in the field of management of government infrastructure projects.The paper is aim to model of management consulting service innovation,and try to find a personalized one-piece cooperation mode.While analysis of the feasibility and necessity,detailing descriptions of the management and the final outcome,and objective summary of their advantages and shortcomings,paper puts forward some suggestions and comments to management model reform of the government infrastructure projects,and then paper promotes normative,orderly and efficient implementation of the government investment projects and refers some reference to government logistics socialization reform.
