In addition, it allows ordinary people to take part in the process of inner-party democracy, such as first public election and multi-candidate election of secretary of community Party committee, proper superior instruction, and normative election procedures,ect. However, everthing has two sides just as a cion. Something unpleasant in the process of community general election has emerged. For instance, overmuch administrative intervention, nonstandard election procedures, unreasonable structures of resident representative and lower passionate participation and else appear, as well.
