The interest of the South China Sea is the national interest of our country. With the advance of world political multi-polarization and economic globalization, the South China Sea location value and the value of resources has become increasingly prominent. The dispute between China and neighboring countries in the South China Sea has cause more and more attention of other countries in the world. In 2013, General Secretary Xi propose to build "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" when he visited upon ASEAN. The proposed strategy will not only herald of "openness and cooperation" as the focus of foreign policy, but also indicates that the ASEAN countries will become more closely linked regional political and economic community under the guidance of this strategy. South China Sea issue is a longlasting frontier dispute between China and some ASEAN countries, and the solution of this issue will be influenced by "21st Century Maritime Silk Road". In this context, the South China Sea issue on the existing research findings to streamline refining and deepening the impact of the new diplomatic strategy to resolve the South China Sea issue may arise pre-sentence and proposed countermeasures has contemporary significance.This paper focus on the study from both horizontal and vertical dimensions of the problem to analyze the interests of the South China Sea based on "21st Century Maritime Silk Road". Interpreting the concept is divided into three parts, factors summarized, and suggestions. In the interpretation of the concept section, the South China Sea interests include territorial sovereignty, border security, economic development, national feelings and national image. By historical comparison, the discovery of the South China Sea interests exhibits from simple to complex, from static to dynamic, from the individual to the characteristics of the times of cooperation. And this paper explains the fit of the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road Strategy" and the interests of the South China Sea and the South China Sea interests of our country to achieve promotional. The factors part analyzes the four factors under the Maritime Silk Road in the 21 st Century Perspective interest generated by the South China Sea: historical factors, the performance of the sound cable States followed the policies and existing practices; political factors, the performance of the South China Sea claimed Sound Cable States and other major countries between the game and compete; economic factors, the performance of an irresistible trend of globalization and the development of land and sea synergies; cultural factors, the performance of cultural collision and fusion of the rights of the South China sea sound cable States. In suggestions part, to advocate change the traditional Chinese philosophy advocates the interests of the South China Sea, and taken to deepen the practice of maritime power and strategic interests of the main dynamic South China Sea to seek ideas, and in the framework of the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road Strategy", the principle of openness, cooperation attitude, adopt a "dual track" as the basis of communication and consultation mechanism, economic cooperation mechanism to "interoperability" as the core, to "respect the trust" for the cultural bridge mechanism, and gradually make efforts to protect their own interests the South China Sea.
