Urban Empty Nest Family Studies Under The View Of Harmonious Society

With the continuous development of our social economy, the advancement of modernization and urbanization as well as the change of family structure, it has emerged a large number of empty nest family in our city, and it is increasingly becoming a social problem and social challenge which need we give more attention. How the elderly living conditions is in urban empty nest family, what their difficulties and problems are, the difficulties and the question is how to produce and how to solve these problems to ensure that they spent a happy old age life.All of these have become a important problem in building a harmonious socialist society.The report of the 17th national congress pointed out that "we will try to make all of the people have a sense of security,and promote the construction of a harmonious society", The report of the 18th national congress further pointed out that" we will make new and great progress on the basis of a sense of security ".Therefore, pay attention to elderly empty-nest families, study the problem of empty nesters, especially the problem of urban empty-nesters, is increasingly becoming an unavoidable issue in the way to build a harmonious society.In this paper, we adopted a targeted and systematic fieldwork and theoretical research methods,this paper’s respondents are first-tier cities of Beijing and Tianjin, second-tier cities of Taiyuan and Zhengzhou, three line cities of Datong and Yangquan in our country.On the basis of analyzing relevant data and in order to point with surface, we studied the problem of urban empty nest family in China on the whole. These problems are mainly empty-nesters economic income decreases,, lack of livelihood security; Empty nester spiritual feeling lonely, lack of comfort; Empty nesters lack of care for daily life; Part of the empty nest old man lost his lifelong mate, difficult for them to accept remarried in several aspects, some of them choose travel together life. We concluded the cause of these problems on the basis of in-depth analysis, the rapid development of social productive forces rapid as well as economic level; the family planning policy and the university enrollment expansion policy; the change of the traditional ethics moral ideas and the rapid development of the society that contributed to the various factors such as family values being indifferent. Finally, in order to promote the early realization of the empty-nest family pension to solve urban problems and promote the process of building harmonious society in China, the article puts forward the solution with the current realities of the city from the theoretical basis.That is in the process of solving the problem of urban empty nesters, the government should play a leading force, to create a good social environment for the elderly services; highlight the strength of community support, and improve the quality of community services for the aged; strengthen ideological and political education, to establish a correct the old sense of service. We should have certain characteristics to form a line with local realities of pension model, gradually realize the city empty nest old man" sense of security", and eventually to build a harmonious society, realize the "China dream".
