In the more than 30 years of implementing the family planning policy,our country has had positive significance in controlling the population and improving the quality of the population.During these 30 years,the number of single-child families in China has continued to rise.At the same time,a large number of one-child groups have been separated from their native families due to school,work,marriage,and other events,accelerating the growth of the number of empty-nest families.Many single-child parents have lacked emotional and psychological comfort from their children,and at the same time are hard to adapt to the life of the empty nest,so there has been a series of psychological and physical crises that have seriously affected the normal order of life.This occurs in the only child.The psychological and physical crises in empty nest family parents are called "empty nest syndrome."This paper takes the Shanxi aluminum factory N community as the practice base,analyzes the problem of the single-child children's empty nest family and their “empty nest syndrome” through the literature research method,and uses the structure-based access method,the scale method,and the observation method to the N community.The basic situation,single-child family situation,and single-child parents' "empty-nest syndrome" were investigated and the effects of "empty-nest syndrome" on the internal and external environmental impacts of the troubled person were described.They were from the macro,meso,and microscopic perspectives.Analyze the causes of the "empty nest syndrome".Afterwards,the author selected the community's typical single-child parents syndrome distress,used the professional methods of case work to intervene in the problems of the perplexed person,and then handled the case,estimate,plan,intervene,close,and evaluate the case work process.Such as stage work content,working methods,etc.do empirical summaries.Finally,from the macro-level social environment,the meso-level community,and the micro-level social workers,three levels of social work were proposed to introduce the problem of "empty-nest syndrome" in the social work of the only-child parents,hoping to solve the only son from the perspective of social work.Female Parents' Problem of Empty Nest Syndrome.
