Discussion On Liu Shaoqi's Thought Of Socialist Legal System

Liu Shaoqi is the main founder of the legal construction of new China. In the process of exploring the road of legal system, he proposed a series ideas of legal construction of socialism from the perspective of the party's and nation's long-term development strategy, having an important guiding significance for promoting the rule of law and constructing the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.This article is mainly divided into four parts, intent to discuss the formation, content, characteristics and Enlightenment of Liu Shaoqi's legal thoughts after the founding of the PRC.The first part:The conditions for the formation of Liu Shaoqi's thought of socialist legal system. We mainly discuss in the theory origin and the practice foundation from two level overview that Liu Shaoqi's socialist legal ideology gradually sprout, developed and matured both in absorbing western Legal Thought and mixing together Marx, Engels, Lenin, Mao Zedong and other legal concepts.The second part:The main content of Liu Shaoqi's thought of socialist legal system.We discuss Liu Shaoqi's main theory views for promoting the socialist legal system construction after the founding of new China, mainly from the legislation, law enforcement, law-abiding, law supervision aspects.The third part:The basic characteristics of Liu Shaoqi's thought of socialist legal system; In the study of Liu Shaoqi's socialist legal system thoughts'formation background and main content, we analysis his unique thoughts of socialist legal system from four aspects:the summary of practical experience,the relationship between Party leadership and socialist legal system,maintenance of the interests of the people and based on facts.The fourth part:The historical value and realistic enlightenment of Liu Shaoqi's socialist legal ideology. Using the method of combination of historical perspective and the perspective of the times, we discuss the status of his socialist legal system thought and the important influence on the development of the political, economic, cultural, social development respectively from theoretical value and practical value aspects and research Liu Shaoqi's thought of socialist legal system's actual reality enlightenment and reference to promote the rule of law.
