This article is in this background, based on the theory of customer satisfaction, based on KANO model, SCSB model, ACSI model, construct the evaluation with R city public service public satisfaction model, and proposes the corresponding evaluation index system for the R city public service satisfaction survey launched a new thinking.This article through to the release of the 500 questionnaires for statistical processing,analysis and research of the existing problems in the public service in R City, and put forward the corresponding suggestions.
