Especially since the socialist market economic reform and opening up, along with our country urbanization and accelerating the pace of structural adjustment of rural society, many farmers into cities, many of these farmers are due to various reasons choose to keep their children in rural life, left-behind children problem appeared. Left-behind children with other children with many different upbringing and personality traits, their mark is an inevitable in the development of China's social growth in miniature. After China entered the information era, this kind of mark increasingly highlighted. Left-behind children related issues in the field of ideological and moral and urbanization, informatization under the changes of the rural culture has a close relationship, it is this culture leads to the change of left-behind children growing environment and their own psychology, personality changes, at the same time, the network culture of radiation than normal cultural transmission can directly operate to the left-behind children, thus further influence various aspects of left-behind children in the field of ideological and moral, end up a series of change is different from the past. It is this change, for us to further focus on network, the network environment, life of left-behind children in rural society, school, family and individual multidimensional perspective of mining the reasons, analysis of these problems, finally found the solution.This article mainly from the network culture on the influence of the ideological and moral education of left-behind children, by using the basic theory of ideological and moral education. The first chapter is introduction, mainly discussed in this paper, the research background, significance, methods, and all the related review about this topic at home and abroad. The second chapter is theoretical overview of the network culture, mainly on the basic of analysis on the connotation and characteristics of network culture, on the relationship between the network culture and the ideological and political education for a preliminary comb, set up a basic theoretical framework. The third chapter is in this paper, the network culture's influence on the ideological and moral education of left-behind children, mainly from two aspects:positive and negative points. The fourth chapter is analysis of left-behind children moral education has failed to effectively deal with the influence of network culture, mainly from the rural society, rural school, family and individual left-behind children above three factors. The fifth chapter is elaborated under the tide of network culture and countermeasures to strengthen and improve ideological and moral education of left-behind children, mainly from the rural society, rural school, left-behind children home three points above. Finally is to make a conclusion, the full text summary of ideology purport of generalization.
