Research On Management Of College Student Soldiers In Armed Police Forces

Since the 21st century,our country implemented a series of policies to promote college students enlisted in the army.A large number of college student soldiers responded to the call of country to join the armed police forces,which is beneficial to implementing the strategy of military personnel and brings a lot of vigor to the transformation of the armed police forces in China.Meanwhile,it trains qualified people to help our military gradually achieve the modernization.However,the training for college student soldiers is short and lacks of sound legal policy and perfect management system,which lead to a lot of problems during the different link of training college student soldiers.These problems not only appeared in the comprehensive quality training and recruitment selection,but also appeared in the training organization and the curriculum and teaching management.The existence of these problems show that,in order to further improve the quality of the cultivation of the college student soldiers,it is necessary to systematically study and optimize the management mode of college student soldiers.The aim of this paper was to research the management of college student soldiers in armed police forces.Firstly,we sorted out the relevant concepts and management theory to establish theoretical foundation of this paper.Secondly,we analyzed the present situations of college student soldiers by combining the management system in our country.In addition,we analyzed the main problems of the management of college student soldiers and put the cause of the problem as the research focus.Finally,we summarized the advanced management experience of college student soldiers at home and abroad and discussed how to improve the management of college student soldiers in armed police forces according to the actual situation of the construction of armed police forces in China.It was suggested that we can improve the management level of college student soldiers from four aspects,namely,the management style,management means,management system and management personnel quality,which can help the college student soldiers to fit in the army faster and better and display their special skill positively and play their part for the construction of armed police forces.
