The Effect Of Social Support On Job Burnout For Soldiers Of Chinese People’s Armed Police Forces:the Mediating Effect Of Trait Coping Style

In recent years, China suddenly happened the violent terrorist attacks, armed police soldiers as one of the important forces, ensure the people to live and work in peace and contentment, they are playing more and more important role in social stability, only have a good physical quality and psychological quality can ensure complete patrol duty and social security incident under the new situation. Due to the special mission of armed police forces, armed police soldiers may face "urgent, difficult, risks, such as heavy" task at any time, and defend their countries so it is hard to live a normal family life. In addition to the daily training and work pressure, and the current military faced with many practical difficulties on promotion and transferred to civilian work. some soldiers confused personal future development, which happened psychological pressure and psychological problems, if the pressure can not be timely relief, it inevitably lead to job burnout.On the basis of predecessors’ research, this study examines 389 soldiers of Chinese People’s Armed Police Forces, using the "job burnout scale MBI-GS", "social support rating scale", "the trait coping style questionnaire" and "temperament of the Eysenck personality questionnaire" portion of the classification standard to explored the effect of the social support and trait coping styles on job burnout. Using variance independent sample T test, single factor analysis t-test, spearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, intermediary processing analysis method,obtained the corresponding results, also puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures for the study.Main results showed that:(1) armed police’s job burnout has significant differences on account, there are no significant differences in other demographic variables;(2) the armed police’s job burnout exist significant differences in temperament types. The degree of Choleric temperament armed police in job burnout higher than sanguineous temperament;(3) the armed police job burnout and social support significantly related. The dimension of emotional exhaustion and cynicism dimension have significant negative correlation to subjective support and support utilization; Sense of achievement to reduce dimension and the three dimensions of social support were a significant negative correlation. Armed police job burnout significantly associated with trait coping styles. Job burnout of three dimensions and coping with positive have a significant negative correlation; Job burnout of three dimensions and coping with negative have a significant positive correlation;(4) armed police social support score and trait coping style of different dimensions of job burnout is extremely significant in forecasting function.(5) the trait coping styles between job burnout and social support played a partial mediation effect.The article discussed the related factors influencing the armed police job burnout, and eventually founded that good social support and positive coping style can effectively relieve the armed police job burnout.
