Appraisal indicator system for civil servants is the outline of the civil service examination,is scientific,the premise of effective assessment.In this paper,we adhere to on the theory of Marxism and socialism with Chinese characteristics as a guide,based on China's actual conditions,the theory and practice of system of civil service examination system.The full text is divided into introduction,body,conclusion and so on.The introduction part explains the research background and significance of this paper,a brief overview of the relevant research results at home and abroad,introduces the basic content and methods of this study and the proposed innovation.The body part in the connotation of this appraisal indicator system for civil servants,under the premise of the structural elements and the theoretical basis,reviews the appraisal indicator system for civil servants of the course of development and achievements,in-depth analysis of the appraisal indicator system for civil servants of existing problems and their causes,compared and analyzed methods of ancient and foreign experience for reference,put forward a sound civil servant assessment index system of the basic principles,and the strengthen index system top design,a relatively unified classification setting targets,improve the usual assessment indicators put forward to improve the civil service examination refers to the standard system of countermeasures,strive to in order to make the assessment index embodies universal,but also take into account the differences and Application Comparison;both prominent focus on performance appraisal,but also take into account other aspects of the assessment,and strive to improve the civil service evaluation index system to provide another perspective and methodology.The last part of the paper is based on the conclusion of this paper,indicates that the general rules of the civil service assessment index system and the future trend of development.
