A Study On The Path Of Chinese Citizen Participation In Administrative Accountability In Our Country

Administrative accountability plays an important role in assurance of government to implement administrative duties.After 10 years development,China's administrative accountability has made significant development effectiveness,democracy rising consciousness of our citizens,resumption of administrative department enhanced participation in administrative accountability.Performance of consciousness administration enhanced the credibility of the government to gradually improve.The role of the administrative accountability system fully represents in the construction of a clean and efficient service-oriented government.China's administrative accountability system gradually improved,the institutional building process gradually accelerated.But at the same time,China's administrative accountability system there are still many imperfections,the institutionalization of administrative accountability there is still the problem of operability is not strong,and low administrative accountability.In the operation process of administrative accountability system,there are still initiating principal is not clear,the consequences of accountability and remedies have not been clearly defined and other issues,these problems have greatly hindered the process of administrative accountability system of China.Therefore,the specific path of our citizens to participate in a study of administrative accountability,combined with accountability for citizens of Western countries in a number of practical and theoretical Experience,the current path our citizens accountability were discussed.This paper includes six aspects.Part one,as the introduction part,states the research background,describes the research thought,ideas,frameworks and significance,and also reviews the research status.The second part is the basic theory expounded.Connotation and theoretical basis for the concept of administrative accountability and citizen participation in administrative accountability,were illustrated and explained,especially citizen participation.The third part describes citizens' participation status in administrative accountability in China,which is a part of the original and development of Chinese administrative accountability system,the existing path of citizen participating administrative accountability in China & administrative accountability path Chinese citizen three angles of a problem Citizen Participation in a study of administrative accountability.The fourth part is the path and learns from foreign countries experience of this issue,administrative accountability through elaborate paths abroad Significance analysis of these paths for citizens participating into administrative accountability process in China.The fifth part is the innovation strategies of citizen participating into administrative accountability trail for the research focus,innovation from two angles of a study to improve the citizens,focusing on problem analysis and solution.The sixth part is the conclusion of analyzed process and the results of this study.
