On Citizen Participation In China's Administrative Accountability

Our country's administration accountability passes through several years'practices, while made some progresses, but at the same time it is still facing some crucial insufficiency. As for how to make it more perfect, by enhancing the ability and area of civil participation is a most important way. Our country is a modern socialized democracy one, the politic of it is to let people be the host of everything. By enhancing civil participation in administration accountability is the deepest truth of democracy, and our party's mission. Administration accountability is an act, whose mission is to punish governments'violet laws rules and other people's rights. If we want people's right to be protected more fully, we should enhance the civil participation.The development of administration accountability in China is a process which starts from the usage of it then to the academic study, that is because of the big wave of the usage rose the research of the academic part. As for now, there is still a lot of insufficiency in the study, even if it has gradually become a system.This essay covers six parts. The first part is an easy explain of the whole essay, gives us the picture of current research of people participate in administration accountability, point out the insufficiency, that is theory in abroad can not be used in our country and the theory in our own country hasn't become a system. The second part is the basic term and theory background explanation, including three terms:administration accountability, civil participation and people participate in administration accountability, three theories:the social treaty theory, the rights belongs to people theory and the public choice theory. The third part is mostly described the current usage of people's participation in administration accountability in our own country, by described in four areas:who involved in, the ways of participation, the culture of participation, and the laws about rights protection. In the forth part, I described the experiences in abroad and also in four parts as I said in the third part. The fifth part is my solution part. There are five solutions:public the political administration events, supply more participation ways, enhance people's ability and technique, build proper culture and let government response. The sixth part is conclusion of the whole text.
