On The Legislation Of Rural Drinking Water Safety

In recent years, our drinking water situation continues to deteriorate, especially the rural drinking water safety. China's rural drinking water quality and quantity are in the presence of a great security risk, but the lack of water has become more important about drinking water safety problems. However, the state of rural drinking water legislation in the existing legislation system is not optimistic, there is no specific legislation for safe drinking water in rural areas, which makes drinking water in rural areas are not properly protected. In this paper, the author make the rural area in Langfang City as the investigation object, through research and analysis of the reasons,the author found that proposed legislation is the solution means of rural drinking water safety issues. In the "city centralism" legislative concept, the security interests of the farmers has been neglected, such a system bias arrangement is difficult to meet the needs of security of rural drinking water safety.Therefore,we should change the traditional concept of the city as the center, we should co-ordinate the relationship between urban and rural areas, and we should propose to develop specifically for rural drinking water safety regulations, but also improve the relevant legal system. And recommending the development of "rural drinking water safety regulations" to protect the safety of drinking water in rural areas.
