Prosecutors classified management reform, which aims to highlight the attributes of judicial prosecutors, and dilute the administrative color, improve work efficiency and quality and achieve professional prosecutors, professional and even elite, so as to promote the integration of prosecutorial power, to achieve prosecution "strengthening legal supervision, maintain social fairness and justice," the purpose of the work.
