The Suburban Rural Governance Study

The urbanization of our country keep an unbalanced tendency to develop,which result in forming urban-rural dual structure in the mid of 1950 s and caused the stagnant situation of urbanization. Since 1980 s, the urbanization keep an upward tendency following by the increasing of economy,which caused a series of problems in 21 st.There`s an enormous gulf between the quality of urbanization development and its speed,which brought out many issues. For example,the rural agriculture have transited gradually,and the rural governance appeared special characters,which is worth to study. I would prove the special situation from the view of the Hebei M`s governance. This paper mainly includes the following several parts:In this paper,a brief review of rural governance studies scholars both at home and abroad. It is found that no matter from macroscopic or microcosmic research,it cannot explanation suburban strip members of society and change of the governance structure completely. The paper points out the research significance and research methods for such village mode and the research design.The paper make a summary and the main features from four aspects,such as the natural geographical,economic source,population and cultural life. M village is not only open and closed,but also an acquaintances society tendency to strangers society.The interaction between the political and economic society in the process of governance mode and effect. It is found that M village governance is multifaceted. In the eyes of the dominant force,the village is dominated by party branch secretary.Have the characteristics of multiple governance, and presents the social class differentiation.The governance body is the important part from unity to multivariate main body in the process of game,deliberative democracy,micro management results. From the point of various social forces,M`s governance is messy. Analyzing from the village of internal and external relations,M village governance has coupling associated degree of metrics dependent relationships between modules,including control relationship,call relationship,data transmission,etc. According the analysis, under the background of social transformation,the villages` rural of the status quo and problems is benefited to the study of the significance of rural governance. The paper attempts to supplement the village governance research,and explore the development path for the suburban rural governance fragmentation at the same time.
