The manuscripts is the birthplace of Marx's theory of labor alienation, however, Marx's alienation labor thought is not in the "manuscript", it is in the German ideology(hereinafter referred to as the "form") to further and to complete in the "das kapital". Further study of Marx's theory of alienation labor, both for the overall understanding of marxism and socialist modernization drive of our country's sustainable development has important guiding significance.This article consists of four parts, the first part is the introduction part elaborated the paper selected topic origin, selected topic significance, literature review and research method, etc,this part focuses on the literature review is divided into the study of the "manuscripts" and two aspects of research on Marx's alienated Labour and of the two aspects are discussed in detail, the purpose is to prepare for the back of the analysis on. Alienation labor theory in thesecond part is "manuscript" the era background and ideological source is on the basis of the first part, from different angles to Marx's alienation labor thought made the preliminary analysis.
